With 47 dining venues in 11 locations across campus, Virginia Tech Dining is renowned for signature spots such as Hokie Grill & Co. Last summer, the dining team unveiled a brand-new look for its Owens Food Court, which hadn’t seen a major remodel since the early ’90s. The new food court features several concepts focused on global cuisine and resulted in a sales jump of 23% from 2018 to 2019.
