Leisure Care owns a proprietary coffee company, Trucup, built on low-acidity brewing that removes harmful acids while retaining flavor—accommodating residents who suffer from heartburn or stomach conditions irritated by coffee. Each community creates its own menus, giving chefs the opportunity to use fresh, local ingredients and remain flexible with offerings. Menus are reevaluated and recreated regularly to bring greater variety to each community.
