In September, NYU Dining unveiled NYU Eats, a campuswide dining service giving students a wide array of new options, including more sustainably grown foods and affordable meal deals. The service’s debut marked the official launch of NYU Dining’s relationship with new catering provider Chartwells. Among the components of NYU Eats are free cooking instruction for students around rotating themes; demonstrations aimed at enhancing diners’ knowledge of sustainability supported by NYU; and Superfood Tuesdays, which emphasize plant-forward concepts, including recipes and tastings.
