In September 2019, Eclipse Senior Living unveiled a multibrand strategy for its high-end independent and assisted living clientele dubbed Evoke Portland, a brand that conjures the essence of the surrounding area when it comes to architecture, design, food and drink. The latter focuses on the inclusion of local coffee, wine and beer on menus. Eclipse is also working on other food partnerships with ties to Portland’s “locavore” community.
