Erickson debuted seven new concepts, or themes, across its footprint in 2019 and won LifeSpan Network’s Taste of Senior Living Silver Spoon Award for its lamb barbacoa tacos. Erickson has a total of 106 restaurants across its communities, with some campuses boasting as many as nine distinct dining themes. The program subscribes to independent menu development on a local basis.
