Its retail formats support nutrition and inspiration—from The World Restaurant Collection, which reflects cultural diversity in cuisine, to its quarterly farmers markets, which are open to team members and the community. The Winnie Palmer Hospital Cafe offers food from four stations: Innovation Station, Wrap Station, The Grill and a grab-and-go area. It also provides room service dining, giving patients a greater spectrum of menu choices and dining times.
