In March, Affinity Living Group announced the construction of its newest assisted living community—The Landings of Cabarrus in Kannapolis, N.C.—which will offer ambitious dining accommodations that build on the organization’s focus on complete dining, with dietitian-approved meals and daily snacks. In July, Affinity broke ground on a new 46,000-square-foot senior independent living community in North Carolina, The Landings of Albemarle, which plans to offer similar amenities around dining.
