The sprawling Nike World Campus is famous for buildings named after sports stars affiliated with the Nike brand—from Serena Williams to Bo Jackson. One popular dining venue on campus is the Mia Hamm Cafeteria, where the menu includes whole grains (quinoa, wheatberries) and light protein selections (tofu, turkey and chicken). The Dan Fouts Building is known for Air Coryell Cafe, named after Fouts’ first coach with the NFL’s San Diego Chargers. Tables in the cafe include hand sketches of Coryell passing plays.
