Last year, Discovery partnered with local coffee roaster Brisk to enable residents to select favorite coffee flavor profiles. Brisk roasters deliver blends same-day directly to Discovery communities. The company also partnered with Produce Alliance, a consortium of 50-plus independently owned specialty distributors of fresh produce, to bring quality fruits and vegetables to its culinary teams. Discovery also hosts an annual Pillars of Excellence awards, honoring outstanding team member performance across several industry categories, including culinary creation.
