Preparing foods from scratch with a focus on fresh, seasonal and local ingredients, Atria chefs have been trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Johnson & Wales University and Le Cordon Bleu. Chefs regularly design action stations and hold cooking displays during all meal dayparts. Special events include a Cuisine from Around the World event with Spanish tapas, Japanese sushi, Indian curry and other global cuisine selections, as well as Atria’s Chef Showdown culinary competition.
