In November 2018, Starbucks debuted Starbucks Reserve SODO, featuring innovative drinks, Princi baked goods and more. The spacious cafe was imagined as a community gathering space, and the format was inspired by global research conducted across its retail footprint around the world. A signature drink at Reserve SODO is spiced ginger cold brew, a combination of ginger ale, burnt cinnamon syrup and cold brew.
