Seeing our residents happy and healthy, and being part of a strong, fun team that I am proud of and a leadership team that wants to see me grow.
Biggest challenge you’ve overcome:
Learning how to be a leader and not a boss. I have worked hard alongside the dining room team here at The Commons to give our residents, guests and co-workers the dining experience that they deserve, and that is only the best.
An important lesson learned:
This last year has really helped me grow as a supervisor and obtain the skills to become the type of leader that I’d want to have. I’ve learned to not leave any crumbs and to not have any roofs.
