In 2020, we’d like to expand our Dragon Bowl concept. This has been a hit with our students looking for healthy, vegan and gluten-free options. It is in a sense a chilled grain bar with several housemade dressings, plant-based proteins and various grains. We will continue to add to our plant-based options throughout the year in all of our venues. We are particularly excited about a protein shred that has a very neutral flavor and makes a great canvas for our cooking techniques and ingredients.
