Chef Henry Godfrey at Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, Conn., created a cooking group to support some of the hospital’s psychiatric patients who have a difficult time relating to other people. Chef Henry has been able to teach them meal planning, meal budgeting and shopping skills in addition to cooking skills they will need for independent living.
