Chefs at Montana State University (MSU) are teaming up with the school’s international students to prepare dishes from those students’ home countries as part of an upcoming event.

MSU’s International Food Bazaar will take place on the evening of Feb. 15 in its Rendezvous Dining Pavilion and Miller Dining Commons.

Rendezvous will showcase cuisines from Argentina, Bangladesh, Greece, India, Spain and more, while Miller will feature dishes from countries including China, Ghana, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and the Philippines.

“For more than 30 years, the International Food Bazaar has been a highlight of the Bozeman area,” Kristof Zaba, dean for global engagement and international programs in MSU’s Office of International Programs, said in a press release. “The 2023 food bazaar will have a slightly different look and feel, though the reimagined event promises to be a lively and festive celebration.”

MSU students will be able to use one meal swipe to enter the event, while other attendees can purchase entrance to one dining hall for $20 or both for $30.
