Consider serving everybody’s cheesy favorite in honor of this day. Last year, Walsh University’s dining services menued a pizza grilled cheese. The sandwich on offer featured toasted sourdough with melted mozzarella, sliced pepperoni and optional banana peppers.
Earth Day (April 22)
Lipscomb University celebrated this day in 2022 by teaming up with The Humane Society of the United States to serve plant-based recipes.

Miami University’s dining team served up select kosher Passover menu items at the Emporium Market, last year.
National Pretzel Day (April 27)
Dillard University’s dining team served up pretzel brioche buns, pretzel rolls and chocolate covered pretzel sticks in honor of this day last year.
