Sodexo to feature dishes inspired by Future 50 Foods report

The food management company will introduce five plant-based recipes using ingredients featured in the report.

Sodexo has partnered with beverage brand Knorr and World Wildlife Fund UK (WWF-UK) to introduced recipes inspired by Knorr's and WWF-UK’s Future 50 Foods report, which lists 50 plant-based ingredients that support a more sustainable food system. 

The food management company will introduce five recipes at 2,500 kitchens throughout the country. Diners at participating locations will be able to enjoy dishes such as an Ancient Grain Granola Bowl, Ube Maitake Tartine, a Vietnamese Ancient Grain Bites Plate and a Tuscan Chickpea, Polenta and Rapini Bowl.
