Elior North America has promoted Keith Cullinan to chief operations officer. Cullinan served most recently as president of contract food services for Elior, a major foodservice management company based in Charlotte, N.C.

The newly appointed COO brings more than 40 years of industry experience to his current position. Before joining Elior, Cullinan was senior vice president of strategic relations for Chartwells Schools. He has also served as president of Chartwells.

Elior North America is a foodservice management company comprised of several hospitality brands, including Cura Hospitality. The company provides culinary solutions for schools, colleges, healthcare and senior living.
