Aramark Sports + Entertainment has been hard at work for the NBA and NHL 2023-24 seasons. To that end, the foodservice provider has revealed new food and beverage programs at seven venues, which include a variety of new menu items, local partnerships and upgraded technology.

“Aramark is committed to creating memorable food and beverage experiences for the thousands of sports fans, concertgoers, and special-event guests who we serve at arenas across the U.S. and Canada,” said Alison Birdwell, president and CEO of Aramark Sports + Entertainment, in a statement. “We have continued to build on our dynamic offerings through a variety of new menu items, local partnerships and customized solutions to improve speed of service at checkout.”

Here's a look at what’s in store for sports fans.

Aramark is debuting a new culinary program called Game Day Goes Gourmet, which will provide Limited Time Offers (LTOs) at select stadiums. Fans will have to be quick to grab one of the new menu items, however, as only 24 of the dishes will be sold at each game. One meal on offer is the Carbonara Mac n’ Cheese at the Canadian Tire Center. And select lucky fans at PPG Paints Arena will have the opportunity to dine on a Pittsburg Crab Cake Sandwich.

The foodservice provider is also introducing new specialty cocktails, including adult slushies at SAP Center and the Light the Lamp Margarita at PPG Paints Arena.

Aramark is also teaming up with local restaurants to add hometown flair to the menu. Stuggy’s Sandwich Shop and Little Miner Taco, for instance, will make debuts at Capital One Arena in Washington D.C.

Other new menu items include the Walking Taco and a Veggie Cheesesteak at Wells Fargo Center.

Alongside the new food and beverage offerings, Aramark is also debuting several technology upgrades this season. Capital One Arena, for instance, now offers ReverseTap Smart Dispensers, which are a hands-free quick fill system that fills draft beer from the bottom.

In addition, Bartesian cocktail machines, which offer cocktails at the push of a button, have been introduced at Canadian Tire Centre, Capital One Arena, Frost Bank Center and Rocket Mortgage Field House.

And SAP Center will be introducing SpotOn, handheld tablets which are designed to increase speed of service.

New premium spaces are also launching at several venues. PPG Paints Arena now offers Casamigos Club, featuring three food buffets.

And SAP Center will soon house Penthouse Lounge, a suite space that will offer high end food and beverage options in movie theater-style seats.
