Ala. university holds cook-off to boost on-campus dining

Sodexo at Troy University recently held its first chili cook-off, an effort officials say they hope will help narrow the gap between students and school foodservice, the Tropolitan reports.

The goal is to provide more events like the cook-off, which took place March 1, in the future.

“I am very pleased with the turnout for our first annual chili cook-off,” Sheetal Nangia, marketing director for Troy Dining Services, told the website. “We would like to make this an annual event that students look forward to every year.”
