Sodexo has named a new chief financial officer. Sébastien de Tramasure will take on the role on May 1, 2024.
Tramasure has been with Sodexo for 18 years, most recently serving as CFO of Sodexo North America. Prior to that, he held various finance positions, including CFO for Sodexo Benefits and Rewards services and CFO of Sodexo Healthcare and Seniors segments.
“He [Tramasure] has a long-standing track record in the finance function at Sodexo having gained a thorough knowledge of the Group’s activities and solid international experience, especially in North America where he has been based for the last five years,” said Sophie Bellon, Sodexo’s CEO, in a statement. “Sébastien has all the qualities to succeed as Group CFO.”
Marc Rolland will continue to serve as CFO until May, and then he will take on a new role, which has yet to be announced.
Rolland has held the role of Group CFO since 2015. During his tenure, he played a key role in moving forward strategy-based portfolio management, according to a statement. He also navigated through the pandemic, building the foundation for post-COVID recovery.
“I want to warmly thank Marc Rolland for his major contribution as Group CFO over the last 8 years. He has largely contributed to our performance and growth while playing a key role in supporting major strategic and transformative projects,” said Bellon in a statement. “Marc will continue to play a leadership role as we move forward towards being the world leader in sustainable food and valuable experiences.”
