The nutrition team at Victoria Independent School District in Victoria, Texas, is hosting its annual gingerbread house competition, Victoria Advocate reports.
Staff from each of the district’s 24 campus kitchens came up with gingerbread creations, which will be judged by the district’s school board members. The winning team will receive new aprons or knives as well as another kitchen utensil of their choice.
One student from each school is also randomly chosen to take their school’s gingerbread house home over winter break.
