Sodexo has partnered with the Humane Society of the United States to increase the number of plant-based offerings at its dining facilities.
Through the partnership, Sodexo chefs worked with Humane Society chefs to develop over 200 plant-based dishes, according to a blog post by Humane Society CEO Kitty Block.
Sodexo concepts will be able to use the recipes individually or combine them to create a full plant-focused menu.
The Humane Society will continue to work with Sodexo chefs around the country to train them on plant-based techniques and cuisine.
