Pedestal Foods has named Larry Shifrin director of dining services at The Fountains of West County, a retirement community offering independent living.
Shifrin—formerly the food and beverage manager at Hilton Worldwide in St. Louis—brings 20 years of hospitality experience to his new role.
“I’m excited to join the Pedestal Foods team, and I look forward to collaborating with the staff here,” Shifrin said in a news release. “I plan to invest in the company’s long-term goals while providing superior service to current residents.”
