German tech company working to design 3-D food that is easier for elderly to eat

German tech company Biozoon is hard at work on a printer that's designed to make 3D food that dissolves in the mouth and is easy for the elderly to eat, reports Tech Crunch. The smooth food generated by the 3D seneoPro Printer can be molded into different dishes like turkey medallions with carrots and potato foam (top of the page) and pork medallions with red cabbage and potato dumplings (above)--both notably German.
