Londonderry Public Schools has been going live on Twitter via Periscope from the kitchens about once a month. “That is literal transparency: Here is what we do, every day, nonstaged,” says Amanda Venezia, dining services director. “We’ve gotten really great responses from folks on videos.” The national School Nutrition Association has even retweeted their footage.
