Our chef’s table is featured every two months for two consecutive dinners. All guests have a direct view of the chef who prepares and plates a five- to six-course meal along with wine pairings. During the preparation, he will explain his inspiration for the dish and how it has been prepared. The event has created a good venue for our culinary staff to showcase their talents and push the boundaries of the types of food that they are preparing.
