“We are adding more house-branded items, such as our Boom Chicken. A spicy mayo sauce is glazed over roasted chicken thighs to make the simple dish, but it’s become a signature. We also implemented a Green Line at Helix High School—a concept that allows vegan and vegetarian students to choose items in a compostable or recyclable platform. We had great success with our spicy black bean tostada and veggie jambalaya.”
