A blend of three beef cuts makes this burger extra juicy and meaty, but its toppings are what set it apart. The pub cheese is a creamy blend of sharp cheddar, stone-ground mustard, brown ale, onion, chives and Peppadew peppers, and the slather combines mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, smoked paprika, ground chipotles and onion powder. The burger and its condiments are layered on a pretzel bun. Although this burger is served in a campus eatery, it was deemed one of Seattle’s best burgers by local restaurant critics.
