Between December and March I work with our wellness coordinator to offer wellness cooking demos for staff, visitors and patrons of the system. We focus on healthy cooking methods, like grilling and sautéing, and ethnic fusion cuisines. The event, which costs $5, sells out in just a few hours. It offers something to do when the weather isn’t so nice.
