During March, since it is National Nutrition Month, we held several events to showcase our nutrition efforts. This year's theme was "Eat Right . . . Right Now," and vegetarianism was the focus. We also held a "Veggie Mania" event, which was a competition among Dining Services staff. The chefs competed to develop a vegetarian or vegan dish that was then added to the cycle menu.
