We hold a 10-day sugar challenge where we have our customers give up sugar for 10 days in November. During this time, we prepare dishes in our cafe that are sugar-challenge approved, and we also provide a guide with tips on spotting added sugars as well as menu ideas for home. Customers who complete the challenge are eligible to win a prize.
