To introduce our new catering menu we held a catering expo for 150 of our client’s managers. We spent quite a bit of time designing a menu and deciding what we were going to sample, things like smoked salmon crostini, prosciutto wrapped asparagus and North Carolina barbecue. We gave out coupons and had drawings for catering credits. It grew business quite a bit.
