At the end of the school year the management staff changes roles with the hourly staff and prepares a creative breakfast for them. We also invite other staff in our building. We encourage people to sit with someone they don’t know. This is our way to say thanks and get to know other staff, and it gives management staff a chance to play in the kitchen.
