Punch makes an easy complement to summer menus, and a quick addition to any cocktail program. This version uses Earl Grey tea, a blend of Indian and Ceylon teas, that gets its unique flavor from Bergamot, a small acidic orange. Combined with lemon-flavored vodka, the result is a light and refreshing summer sipper.
Ingredients
5 parts Grey Goose Le Citron (or other lemon-flavored vodka)
4 parts Earl Grey tea
3 whole lemons
1 part raw sugar
Steps
- Add raw sugar to a punch vessel.
- Mix in warm Earl Grey tea to dilute
- Thinly slice lemons and add to the vessel, along with all the remaining ingredients. Chill for two hours.
- Serve over ice, and present with lemon wheels.
