Impossible Chicken Cordon Bleu

This classic French recipe gets a plant-based twist. 


9 each Impossible™ ground chicken

1/2 cup Tomato, Sun-dried

1 sprig Basil, Fresh

2 cup Spinach, Baby

1 cup Onion, large


  1. Spread Impossible chicken on cling wrap.
  2. Spread sundried tomatoes on Impossible chicken.
  3. Sprinkle on sauteed chopped onions.
  4. Spread couple of basil leaves and a few spinach leaves.
  5. Roll the impossible chicken back in cylindrical shape.
  6. Cook it on the griddle on all sides.
  7. Serve hot.
