Sodexo has won the contract to manage the dining services of Baker University in Baldwin City, Kan., as of Nov. 1.
In announcing the selection of Sodexo to assume what had been a self-operated program, university President Pat Long noted a need to renovate and update the school’s dining facilities.
Baker has been without a dining services director since Tanya Sieber left earlier in the school year to become director of dining services for the Kansas City Art Institute.
