We hold an event called Deep Sea Daze. The idea was to change students’ perception of fish as not just being deep fried. The event is an all-you-can-eat dinner with fresh crab and cedar-smoked salmon. We try and do something more exotic like halibut with a salsa on it. We bring in a sailboat and other decorations to create enthusiasm.
