Mango Lassi

Mango, sugar, yogurt and ice combine together for a refreshing drink. 


1/2 oz. Mango, unripe diced, cored, peeled

1/4 tsp. Sugar, brown, light

1/4 oz. Greek Vanilla Yogurt

1/4 oz. Ice Cubes


  1. Reserve 1/4 lb of diced mango for garnish.
  2. Blend remaining mango and all other ingredients until smooth & creamy.
  3. Garnish with diced mango.
