A festive signature cocktail brings a catered event up a few notches. This riff on a whiskey sour combine bourbon, rum and chartreuse with tea and yuzu sour blend. The drink was created for the Cochon event in Austin, but the shimmering red color is perfect for holiday celebrations.
750 ml bourbon
375 ml black barrel rum
93.75 ml yellow chartreuse
750 ml frozen yuzu luxe sour blend, thawed
750 ml black tea
Dehydrated lemon wheels
1. In a punch bowl, combine all the ingredients with ice; stir well.
2. Pour into glasses and garnish with dehydrated lemon wheels over a large rock ice cube.
