We brought an academy on-site that trained people with disabilities. Those students spent an hour every day learning to become part of the workforce, and later were paired with work tasks and job mentors. Ten people were hired out of that academy, and they are the mentors for the next batch that go through the program. Our employees absolutely love it; it definitely brought morale to our area.
