Pop-up restaurants are a concept we thought would be appealing to our guests. Thus we created the One-Night Food Stand customer- appreciation event.
Students and guests were encouraged to follow VT Dining Services’ social media accounts, including our @HokieDining Twitter feed, for updates and announcements surrounding the meal.
