Create a fresh fruit base for healthy beverages

Use fresh, seasonal fruits to create a base for agua fresca, smoothies and raspados [Mexican shaved ice]. You can choose in-season, local fruit—like tangelos, oranges, cherries and strawberries—and puree them along with some honey, agave nectar or sugar. You also can add aromatics like mint or hibiscus.
