Vineland Public Schools, in New Jersey, has hired Mark Daino as its new chef. Daino is taking over for Purvesh Patel, who is now managing the foodservice account for Sodexo at the district. Daino will be in charge of the district’s menus and food preparation. Daino previously worked in casinos in Atlantic City, N.J.
