Sodexo's Modern Recipe welcomes celebrity chef Brooke Williamson as culinary ambassador

In her new role, Williamson will develop seasonal dishes for the workplace-focused brand.

Celebrity chef Brooke Williamson is joining Modern Recipe, a food experience brand from Sodexo focused on workplaces, as culinary ambassador.

Williamson is the executive chef and owner of Playa Provisions, an independent restaurant in California. She is also known for winning season 14 of Bravo’s “Top Chef” and season one of Food Network’s “Tournament of Champions.” Williamson also became one of three titans on Bobby Flay’s “Bobby’s Triple Threat.”

In her new role, Williamson will develop seasonal dishes for Modern Recipe. She will also help market the brand by telling stories of food fostering connection, according to a press release.

“Chef Williamson is a perfect fit for Modern Recipe’s mission of bringing together climate-friendly menus and ingredients that feed our commitment to wellness," said Diego Raso, vice president of product and  marketing at Sodexo North America, in the release. "Her creative energy and culinary expertise will bring the innovative and inspiring recipes for today’s modern workplace experience.”
