Millennial-friendly dining program rolls out to 1,400 corporate cafes

Eurest—an onsite corporate dining company that provides catering and cafe services—has launched F.U.E.L, a new cafe environment that incorporates millennial dining preferences.

F.U.E.L, which stands for food. unity. energy. life., launched Jan. 1 in more than 1,400 of the company’s U.S. cafes. It can be incorporated by offering either a small-portion option at every food station or as a standalone station offering various smaller portion options to create a meal, according to a news release.

Customers can also purchase fresh, local produce to prepare meals at home from the cafe’s F.U.E.L Market.

“Our customer base is changing, and we need to change with them.” says Lisa Lahiji, vice president of marketing for Eurest, “F.U.E.L is the natural progression of the dining experience, and Eurest is at the forefront of this trend.”
