FAT Brands, the owner of 18 restaurant brands including Great American Cookies and Twin Peaks, is expanding its presence in nontraditional locations. To that end, the company is opening a cobranded Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery location at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Texas.

“The opening of our cobranded Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery location at Cook Children’s reinforces FAT Brands’ commitment to executing a diverse growth strategy that brings our 18 restaurant brands to a wider audience,” said Taylor Wiederhorn, chief development officer at FAT Brands, in a statement. “With this new opening, FAT Brands continues to demonstrate adaptability and a forward-thinking approach in the ever-evolving franchise landscape.”

Great American Cookies is known for its Original Cookie Cakes and chocolate chip cookies. Marble Slab Creamery, meanwhile, serves homemade ice cream using the frozen slab technique. The cobranded location will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
