Aramark and Triple B Hospitality Group team up to bring more equity to the foodservice industry

Aramark has teamed up with Triple B Hospitality Group on an equitable alliance.

Triple B, a Black-owned foodservice provider for workplaces, schools and event venues, was founded by Keith Bethel, Marc Brooks and Junior Bridgeman, and focuses on broadening the scope of diversity, equity and inclusion, according to a statement.

The alliance will help Aramark clients in the business and industry sector overcome labor challenges and drive more equitable impact from their businesses. In addition, it supports Aramark’s commitment to build partnerships with women- and minority-owned businesses. The partnership will also help connect employees with long-term workplace opportunities, according to the statement.

“Aramark understands the value in building and implementing diverse, equitable and inclusive practices in the workplace,” said Bethel, co-president of Triple B. “We are thrilled to be partnering with Aramark to share resources, expertise and ideas that can help move our shared clients forward in their DEI commitments and make a lasting impact on the hospitality industry.”

The alliance will also focus on community building, mentorship opportunities and engaging professional development programs for frontline workers.
