1⁄2 large jicama, peeled, sliced into matchsticks
1 Gala apple, cored, sliced into matchsticks
1 tbsp. fresh-squeezed lime juice
6 stalks celery, peeled, sliced into matchsticks
1 tbsp. fresh-squeezed orange juice
Chopped cilantro (if desired)
1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and combine evenly.
2. Divide evenly.
Note: Peeling celery prevents it from being stringy. Cut fruit in same size for consistent flavor and balance.
