Tender slices of duck are nestled in warm tortillas with hoisin sauce and shredded napa cabbage for a delightful take on a taco.
Ingredients
2 whole roasted duck breasts, shredded
1⁄2 tsp. chile powder
16 soft flour tortillas
1 napa cabbage, finely shredded
4 scallions, chopped
2 red bell peppers, julienned
2 cups cilantro leaves
1 cup hoisin sauce
Steps
- Sprinkle duck with chile powder. In a large sauté pan, warm the duck with half of the hoisin sauce and half of the chopped scallions.

Fill each warmed taco with duck mixture, cabbage, scallions, red pepper, and cilantro. Serve with hoisin on the side.
